The Bitcoin Circular Economy

The Bitcoin circular economy is the system in which users don’t have to exchange their bitcoin for any other asset in order to purchase goods or services. It is circular in the sense that bitcoin is the preferred medium of exchange back and forth between participants.
History was made on May 22, 2010 with the purchase of two Papa John’s pizzas for 10,000 Bitcoin (now worth $250 million!). This marked the first ever real world Bitcoin transaction. Since then Bitcoin’s properties as a peer-to-peer payments technology and an inviolable form of money that cannot be manipulated is inspiring communities in diverse locations around the globe to create grass-roots driven Bitcoin economies.
