Members’ Assembly of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland – 2023

**Bitcoin** is a software and a payment network with it’s own currency – it’s the most advanced money ever invented!
**Bitcoin Association Switzerland** founded in 2013 is a non-profit organisation on the *mission to foster knowledge and education of the Bitcoin-Standard among the public, businesses and policymakers.*
All active members of the BAS are cordially invited. Non-member are admitting to the assembly but do not have voting rights.

* Presentation of the annual financial statements and treasurer’s report

A. Current active and passive individual members will be invited individually to pay their annual fee 2023 by LN. Latest payment date **Octobre 15, 2023**
B. Applications for new active and passive individual memberships to be sent in until **September 30, 2023** to Stefan@bitcoinassociation.ch including Name and description of motivation to join.
Decision of new active membership will be taken by the board provided that sufficient proof of active participation in the community is given.
Members are invited to send the BAS board suggestions for **agenda items** to info@bitcoinassociation.ch, Subject “BAS Members Assembly 2023 – Agenda Items” **until November 02, 2023.**
