Keep Tampa Beautiful – Community Service Project – Bitcoin Bay Foundation

As a part of Bitcoin Bay’s mantra and mission is to cultivate deep fundamental ties to our local community and businesses via sound money, education, and SERVICE🧡! As a part of our regular rotations of our social, workshop, and bitdevs meetups, we are now looking to add community service events to the mix as well so we can consistently give back to our community on a regular basis! These will be added to the Bitcoin Bay Foundation calendar with more regularity.
As we begin these endeavors, we will begin with helping other non-profits and community service events/programs, and as we scale begin facilitating events ourselves via the non-profit 💪🏽. Right now, we have focused in on Keep Tampa/Pinellas Beautiful🌅🏝️, Tampa Water Keepers🐠🌊, and United Way Suncoast👕🧦🏠🥪, but we are looking to serve at many capacities and would love to be connected with any other non-profits that y’all are passionate about! We can focus our numbers and energy into some of those causes and create real impact and value! If you do want to discuss those, please send me a direct message and I’d love to connect with you! This will surely be a team effort and we encourage passionate volunteers to be leaders and assist with events!
Our first event is going to be SATURDAY, JULY 15th from 9AM – 12AM Partnering with Keep Pinellas Beautiful at South Gandy Beach – 13090 Gandy Boulevard, St Pete, FL 33702 – where we will be assisting with a beach cleanup 🏖️🚮 – there is an Eventbrite to assist with numbers and planning so please register here! https://www.eventbrite.com/e/kpb-gandy-beach-cleanup-tickets-492196451837?aff=ebdssbcategorybrowse There will be plenty of parking, however, I will be coming from Seminole Height/Downtown area if anyone would like to carpool together.
