GR Bitcoin Meetup – Bitcoin 101

Come join us for our July **Bitcoin 101** event. The Bitcoin 101 events take place quarterly and are focused on the basics. If you are curious about Bitcoin but are just getting started, this is the event for you. We provide a safe and welcoming environment to allow newcomers to feel open to asking questions. If you have never received or held Bitcoin in your own custody, we will get you set up and send you your first sats!

We are outgrowing our space. Get there early to grab a seat. **We will be in the lobby to let you up from 6:00-6:30. If you come later, contact us in the Telegram group and someone will come down to let you up.** Our presentation space is limited to 20. If the space is full, you are welcome to gather and chat with each other in the common area.
This is a **Bitcoin-only event**. We welcome everyone but the focus will be on Bitcoin, *not* “crypto.” This is done to keep the educational experience rooted in fundamentals, as well as to prevent confusion, false information, and scams.
