Welcome to our reading group! – Week 5

Join us as we continue to read the “Blocksize Wars” by Jonathan Bier. The battle for control over bitcoin’s protocol rules.

This book was written after bitcoin hard forked in 2017, which means there was a chain split and two versions of bitcoin resulted with varying degrees of support. This covers both sides of the split and how the consensus rules which govern bitcoin played out.

All levels of bitcoin knowledge are welcome to join. Reading or listening along with us is not required to attend the weekly meetups, as we end up talking about a range of topics anyway.
