Come and learn about Beef, Bitcoin, Regen Ag + Metabolic Health.
VIP Texas Slim from USA

Australian Beef Initiative at Wolki Farm

Join us for the inaugural ABI, featuring Texas Slim from the USA!

The Australian Beef Initiative is a grassroots group promoting food sovereignty by educating and connecting people with cattle farmers. The founding premise of the ABI is strong connections between families and their farmers.

The aim is to expand people’s access to high quality animal protein, strengthen local supply chains and promote financial stability for local regenerative farmers by removing middlemen, like supermarkets.

Food sovereignty needs monetary sovereignty and Bitcoin, a form of digital sound money, is key to this movement. We will be exploring and promoting methods of Bitcoin payments during this summit.

On Saturday February 11th, Join us for informal drinks upstairs at The Bended Elbow from 3pm, a free and open event for meeting and mingling.

This will be followed by a booked dinner at Bistro Selle at 6pm, featuring a custom menu featuring exclusively Wolki Farm produce. Tickets for this event click here.

Come and enjoy the amazing flavour of locally and regeneratively raised meats, with Jacob Wolki of Wolki Farms providing commentary on the meals and the methods to create them on farm.

Tickets are $100 per for three course meal and are additional to the Summit entry ticket. Drinks are available from the menu at your cost.

On Sunday February 12th  we will start bright and early from 6.30am at Wolki Farm for a 7am kick off. A full farm tour exploring the property and discussing regenerative farming models.

Wolki Farm cares for cows, pigs, sheep and chickens. The infrastructure is all low cost, portable and scaleable. The discussion will be sure to motivate you on your food provenance journey and give you the building blocks to decipher the labels and ‘greenwashing’ that’s actively happening in our supermarkets.

After the 2.5 hour farm tour we will break for morning tea and then move to a  Wolki Farm shed for an afternoon of informative talks and presentations on the topics of food sovereignty, regenerative farming and holistic medicine.

The summit ends with an open Q&A panel discussion followed by with a causal beers and mingling.
